Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, and an additional 1-4 business days for expedited shipping or 5-7 business days for ground, depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout.

Standard Next Day - 1 business day
Standard Two-Day - 2 business days
Standard Three-Day - 3 business days
Standard Ground (Continental US) - 5 to 7 business days
Standard Ground (HI & AK) - 7 to 14 business days

Some orders may ship faster or slower depending on proximity to our Indiana warehouse. If shipped with standard shipping, orders made after December 13th are not guaranteed by the 24th.

We ship to the contiguous 48 states. If you live outside this region and want to order high quality crystal or barware, please let us know! Your feedback will help us expand our shipping regions.

We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Allow one business day for us to send your shipping tracking number, and then about 7 days for your order to arrive. If you have any questions please contact us!

Returns and exchanges

We stand by our products and accept returns for items in new and unused condition in original packaging purchased on twineliving.com for up to 30 days after you have received the item. Returns for items purchased outside of twineliving.com must be initiated with the original vendor. We are always available to help with defective items purchased on twineliving.com and hear your feedback.

You may initiate a return by emailing help@twineliving.com; please give us 24 hours to respond M-F. Customers pay return shipping for approved returns in new condition in original packaging which must include your packing slip. All returns need to have your packing slip or your refund will not be processed. Please contact customer service with any questions.

After receiving your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds take 3-5 business days to be deposited. All shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you purchased an item through another vendor, please initiate returns and exchanges directly with whom you made the original purchase.

After we receive your item, we will issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

Refunds take 3-5 business days to be deposited.

Gift Cards

Our gift cards are good to use online; they also never expire or depreciate and are final sale.
