Nice Muddler! Cocktails are delicious!
I actually gave this a light sanding with 220 grit and finished it with mineral oil, its a beautiful muddler looks great with my Acacia cutting board

Great Quality Great price
Just what we expected , Great for Muddling fruits for Old Fashion's.

Very nice but....
Every review that states this products arrives "rough" and need attention is correct. That is frustrating but I poured a whiskey and went to my shop for just a half hour switching between sand paper and steel wool and finished up with a much smoother and acceptable muddler. Next I cleaned it and then rubbed some vegetable oil on to the surface. That brought out the highlights of the nice wood and gave it a bit of shine. Now I am happy with it. Bottom line: If you are willing to put in a half hour of effort to make this look really nice then buy it. If you want something that is ready to use immediately then look someplace else.

Good, but it has some roughness to the finish.
This is a fine product that checks the boxes in terms of quality, but has one flaw that kept it from 5 stars. Foremost, it fits great in the hand. The color of the wood is great. It has nice accent cuts in it for decoration. Its ready to go to work for your drinking pleasure. The only issue, and it is a big issue, is the roughness of the finish. Its as if they only used 120 grit sand paper when finishing this. The wood is very rough all over the tool, scruffy. I took some 240 grit sand paper and sanded it lightly myself. It feels great and very smooth. This did lighten the finish but its still looking great to me. They need to take one more step and sand their product to complete the finish of this muddler. This would elevate it from pretty good to perfect.

does what its supposed to do
it works
